5 lb Hamburger
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2/3 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Mustard
1 tsp Chili Powder
4 c. Ketchup
Salt and Pepper to taste.
The more I cook, the more I learn that some recipes are just rough drafts that can be added to or subtracted from as you like/feel the need.
